Job Title: Software Technical Support Agent

We are pleased to announce the recruitment of a Technical Support Agents who are fluent in English. Daily tasks include:

• Collaborate with business analyst, developers, and quality assurance teams to understand software requirements and design comprehensive test plans.
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts for web, mobile, and desktop applications using industry-standard testing tools and frameworks.
• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using industry-standard automation tools and frameworks.
• Implement and execute automated tests to validate system functionality, performance, and reliability.
• Configure and set up test environments to simulate real-world scenarios.
• Collaborate with development and operations teams to ensure proper integration of automated tests into the continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipeline.
• Participate in the identification and prioritization of test cases for automation, considering risk, impact, and test coverage.
• Troubleshoot and analyse test failures, providing detailed reports and collaborating with developers to resolve issues.
• Contribute to the creation and maintenance of test data, test environments, and testing tools.
• Stay current with industry trends and advancements in test automation methodologies and tools.
• Propose and implement improvements to the existing automation framework and testing processes.

• Proven experience as an Automation Tester or in a similar role.
• Strong programming skills in Ruby, Java, JavaScript, C#, Python.
• Experience with automation testing tools and frameworks such as Selenium, Appium, JUnit, TestNG, etc.
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Good understanding of various accounting software and its functions.
• Solid understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, and best practices.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a team.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to producing high-quality deliverables.
• ISTQB or other relevant certifications would be a plus.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Proven experience in automation testing for software products.
